Planting & Harvesting
Seed Depth: 1/4″ (6mm)
Plant Space: 12″ (30cm)
Row Space: 18″ (46cm)
Sprouts In: 7-14 days
Easy to grow in almost any soil with full sun to part shade. Start outdoors in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. In mild climates, grow as a fall/winter crop. Sow every two weeks for a continuous harvest.
Pull entire plant when it’s 3-4″ tall, or harvest leaves as needed. Hot, dry weather can cause the plant to bolt (send up a seed stalk). Seeds may be harvested and stored for recipes that require coriander.
