Cheery yellow blossoms mean summertime in its native prairie habitat. Very hardy and easy to grow from a scattering of seeds. Black-Eyed Susan will naturalize in many climates.

Thinning: 6″ (15cm)

Plant outdoors in a sunny location and average soil about two weeks before last spring frost date. Scatter seed thinly and mix with top 1/8″ of soil to lightly cover. Water consistently until plants emerge.

Black-eyed Susan is a hardy perennial that blooms first year from seed. Very drought tolerant.
