Pea, Snow-Organic (Bush)
The crispy, sweet pods of this Asian cuisine favorite are a staple in stir-fry dishes. Heavy yields of large, stringless pods continue throughout the cool season. Delicious raw, steamed, stir-fried, and frozen.

Peas like cool weather and regular moisture. Plant in rich, well-drained soil in early spring about a month prior to last frost date, or late summer for fall crops. Will tolerate light frost. Thinning usually not necessary.
Harvest when the pods have filled out and feel firm. Pick often and use as soon as possible to enjoy true garden-fresh flavor.
