Giglio Cool Cucumber Salad Recipe Vinaigrette Dressing 1⁄2 cup medium Red Onion 3-4 medium Tomatoes 1-2 medium Cucumbers 1 cup Olive Oil 1⁄4 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar 1⁄2 tsp. Salt 1⁄4 tsp.Pepper 1⁄4 tsp. Basil 1⁄4 tsp. Oregano (optional) Head of Lettuce Chopped (optional) 1 tbsp.
