Very Low growing. Place in front of the garden with bright colors behind. Aloha Blue's fluffy puffs of lavender-blue flowers are densely clustered above dwarf, uniform, 6-8 in. plants. Aloha Blue ageratum makes an ideal low summer border or addition to mixed containers. Full sun in cooler climates, part shade elsewhere. Prefers rich, moist soil.
Blooms are extraordinarily long-lived, deadheading is necessary, yet infrequent. Plants are low maintenance, resist rabbits and deer. Flowers attract bees and butterflies.
