Mucho Nacho Hot Pepper (Chili)
A great "compromise" Jalapeno for folks who love that flavor but can't take the super-hot bite!
A big, fat, heavy pepper with less heat and more meat (robust, thick-walled flesh) than Jalapeno. These 4-inch peppers are much weightier, with thick walls, a good crisp and juicy bite, and firm skin. You can stuff them, terrific for pickling, minced into salsa and sliced on top of nachos.
CAUTION: Use rubber gloves, or clean the hot peppers under running water to avoid skin burn from the pepper juice.
