Sriracha Hot Jalapeno Pepper
Medium-shaped hot peppers picked green or red. Easy to dry.
Sri Racha will give you dozens of fruits per plant. Pick them early when the peppers are green and or wait until they're mature and "red hot". Days to maturity are from time plants are set in the garden.
CAUTION: Use rubber gloves, or clean the hot peppers under running water to avoid skin burn from the pepper juice.
