More upright than Bradford, this disease resistant ornamental Pear is evenly branched with a cone-shape form. Brilliant snow-white spring flowers. The foliage is glossy and green, turning to a spectacular purple-reddish-orange display in the fall.
Thrives in average, well-drained soil; avoid poorly drained, wet sites. Water deeply, regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system; reduce frequency once established. Apply fertilizer before new growth begins in spring.
