Anethum Dill 'Mammoth'
Anethum graveolens. Annual.
Great for Pickling!
Delightful feathery leaves topped with large seed heads. Leaves are also used with eggs, fish, and salads. Very easy to grow. Plant in full sun away from the wind. Do Not plant near fennel-this affects the flavor of both. Soil: Light, well-drained, let dry between waterings.
Garden use: Herb gardens and containers
Culinary use: Seeds flavor pickles; leaves enhance salads, soups, omelets, and vegetables.
