Clematis Rebecca
A gorgeously lush flower with generous, 5- to 7-inch blooms that are bright red with purple undertones and yellow anthers. This incredibly prolific plant has an extended flowering season, with the first flood of blooms arriving in late spring and a second one round in late summer. This strain of clematis doesn't fade in the sun, regardless of how extreme it is. It is adaptable to a variety of soils, including clay, loamy and normal, and is heat and drought tolerant and cold hardy. Make sure, as with all clematis, to mulch the soil to keep the roots cool. Butterflies are sure to flock to its blooms.
