'Blaze of Glory'
Hemerocallis
Attracts Hummingbirds. Early-mid summer brings huge 5 1/2" orange flowers with crinkly ruffles. Blossoms are outlined by a dark purple picotee edge and purple center; Tetraploid, extremely sunfast and drought tolerant; excellent rebloomer. Giant 6 inch orange flowers with ruffled petal edges. Rabbit resistant.
Selected for its abundant blossoms, vibrant colors, and hardiness in a variety of climates and soils. Drought tolerant once established. Each Hemerocallis flower unfolds for a day - thus the common name - only to be replaced the next day with a fresh, beautiful blossom, providing weeks of gorgeous color.***
Daylilies do best in a mixed perennial border. Use as mass plantings and in containers.
