Tart, firm and crisp apples are perfect for baking and apple butter. Juices well, adding complex notes to homemade cider. Flavor improves after 30 days in the refrigerator. Harvest in October.
Some resistance to scab and fire blight; very resistant to rust.
Needs a pollinator.
