Planting & Harvesting
Seed Depth: 1/2″ (13mm)
Plant Space: 18″ (46cm)
Row Space: 36″ (91cm)
Sprouts In: 8-10 days
Start indoors three weeks before last frost date, or outdoors after soil has completely warmed. Okra thrives in hot weather and fertile soil, with consistent light watering. Do not over water.
Pick okra every two to three days when pods reach about two to four inches long. Older pods get tough and stringy.
