Spinach is super cold-hardy and can be planted in very early spring and fall, or winter in mild areas. Choose a location with full sun to light shade and rich, non-acidic soil. Keep evenly moist until they germinate. Sow every 10 days for continuous harvest.
Harvest by pulling the entire plant when leaves are young and tasty. In many cold winter areas, fall planted spinach will over-winter and produce very early spring crops.
