'Drummonds Pink' (Creeping Phlox)

Phlox subulata

Creeping Phlox! One of the first flowers of Spring!

Creeping Phlox! Attracts Bees, Butterflies, and Hummingbirds.

Loose clusters of large star-shaped, pure white flowers cover the top of this mat-forming creeper for a long period. Creates a carpet of color for use as a groundcover, in bank plantings or in rock gardens. Spectacular when cascading over walls. Tolerates some drought. Evergreen perennial.

The evergreen foliage is lush and deep green with petite, slender leaves. This perennial is vigorous and low maintenance. This creeping phlox quite literally cascades through your landscape with ease. Reaches a mere 6 inches tall at maturity, but it spreads to 2 feet wide. Drought tolerant. Deadheading isn't necessary, but it can increase blooms and extend bloom time. Phlox are deer resistant.
