'Globosa' Spruce
Picea pungens
This charming, globe-shaped evergreen shrub is dwarf, flat-topped and densely branched. The bright blue needles hold their color all year long, but are a brighter hue in summer. Provides a unique accent for that special spot in the garden.
Slow growing. This is a carefree spreading conifer with bright color that adds welcome contrast to darker shrubs. A good low plant that won't obstruct the view from elevated home sites. Ideal filler between upright conifers and broadleaf trees.
